Gregory is a native of Austin, Texas. He is married to Selena Ealey, and they have two children, Elias and Emmanuel.. He attended Texas State University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Accounting. He received a Master of Theology degree with a focus on Pastoral Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Pastoral Leadership from Western Baptist Bible College.
Gregory has worked with The Urban Alternative, a ministry of Dr. Tony Evans, as an Account Analyst. Gregory has also served St. John Baptist Church in Dallas, TX as the Pastor of Administration, overseeing the financial and facility aspects of the ministry.
Gregory has also assisted with a new church plant called The House of Hope, in Cedar Hill, TX. Gregory has been trained in teaching the Walk Thru the Old Testament and the Walk Thru the New Testament seminars. He was a chaplain for Marketplace Chaplains, USA, which provides chaplain service for corporate America, serving as an Area Team Leader. He most recently served as the ninth pastor of Paseo Baptist Church. He has served on the board of Turn the Page which is the reading initiative of Mayor Sly James of Kansas City. He has also served on the board of the National Christian Foundation. He is the Executive Director of Elevate KC, a city collaboration aimed to address social giants such as education, human trafficking, racism, and fatherlessness. He assisted in establishing an organization called the COOP, a group that sought to address community development and were successful in creating home ownership opportunities for those in poverty situations. He is a sought after speaker and teacher.. Above all, Gregory just wants to be known as a servant of God who lives to bring God glory.
